Glow plug problem

I have a FD30T-14 with a yanmar engine. I have replaced all glow plugs and the glow plug timer controller box. The glow plug light still does not go off. What would cause this problem and what is the fix

Does the box that is marked Engine Check have anything to do with this problem. What does this box do

Vbar, on the right side there's a cup holder with a hole in it, when it gets wet the water falls on the plug under need the cup holder. We had that problem several times.
Have you controlled the relay?

No we have not washed the unit at all yet

Hello Vbar, Have you cleaned it with high water pressure? remove the right front cover from the dashboard. there's a plug make it dry with air pressure.
