Discussion:
Genie GS2632, error codes C023 and C052.

Hello,

I need some help to find the problem with a Genie scissors lift, GS2632, GS3216P-143920. It has the Smart Link controller. The equipment is showing the errors C052 - Tilt sensor not detected and C023 - Machine Model Fault. It disables the power to the sensors ( poth holes, tilt sensor, etc).

I have verified in the GCON that the model is correct GS2632.

The Tilt sensor has been replaced and, if the machine is in Override mode, the tilt sensor readings are shown at the real time diagnostics screen ( Genie Diagnostics tool with a laptop connected through the ethernet port at the GCON).

Has anybody experienced the same failure before ?. By the way, I have replaced the GCON as well. The equipment is showing the same error codes.

Thanks,
Jorge.
