FW and 1A pull in together

Replaced card and drivers checked wiring 1 and 3 Rec good any more ideas would be greatly appreciated

what make model and serial number is this EV100 in?
and what is the IC number on the card you put in it?

These cards will run when you install them but the base settings sometimes are not correct for your machine, not all mfg's set them the same.

You say they pull in together. Is that after reaching top speed. FW pulls in after 1A and motor current field and armature ratio commands it on a non-LX control. You should also have a FW adjustment on the control card. If you don't have literature on your system, Check into Flight Systems (FSIP) free documents. Highly recommended.
Note: checking the current sensor connections is also advised.
