FFJim,
what make model and serial number is this EV100 in?
and what is the IC number on the card you put in it?

These cards will run when you install them but the base settings sometimes are not correct for your machine, not all mfg's set them the same.

You say they pull in together. Is that after reaching top speed. FW pulls in after 1A and motor current field and armature ratio commands it on a non-LX control. You should also have a FW adjustment on the control card. If you don't have literature on your system, Check into Flight Systems (FSIP) free documents. Highly recommended.
Note: checking the current sensor connections is also advised.

Fact of the week
According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
