Front and reverse very slow

Puebla, Mexico Hi friends, this time i have a problem with a Hyster E60z-33. Front and reverse is very slow and there isnt a code error in the display. Motor is OK.

Hi friend, i'll try what yo say. I'll try to switch off the output of the bearing and check values. Do you know which is the value range for the proper functioning of the bearing output? and so will I know if this decomposed.....

troubleshoot via the dash.you,ll prob find that drive motor current is sky high. very slow drive both directions is a good sign of encoder bearing failure. remove battery and bearing is installed in the end plate of drive drive motor. can be replaced without removing the motor
