Crown SP3400:
Free lift cylinders will not lower

I have an SP-3400 that is stuck in the air the carriage cylinder is down but the free lift cylinders have about 5 or so feet of of ram extended,manual lowering valve does absolutely nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I missed your question and hadnt been back on this thread. Resetting a velocity fuse is as simple as lifting up past the point of trip. Fluid flowing back into the cylinder will reset it. Keep in mind that it tripped for a reason and this is a safety issue!

It's all just nuts n' bolts.
Thanks for the reply is there anyway to reset that because right now its getting a height switch sequence error because the platform is lower than the free lift cylinders.

Sounds like a velocity fuse trip to me. common on these if operator was hooked on a rack beam when lowering and had a quick drop. If this is the case I would be checking your slack chain sensor also if equipped.
