Forward Drive Issues

Clark, Model: NP300D40, Serial: NP246-0223PM-7757

Everything works besides Forward Drive.
Forward Drive works when Contactor is Manually Engaged
Reverse Drive works, except after attempting Forward, then Reverse does not work.
