Forks won't tilt or raise. Will go side to side. No Forward or back

I don't find a bad fuse. Wondering what else it could be. I'm assuming a bad connection somewhere.

The young children were missing for 40 days after a plane crash that killed their mother and other adults. Wilson tracked the children's footprints, leading the military to their location.
