Forks will not lower

I'm looking for fuse link or reason the forks will not lower or tilt an employee jump started forklift and cross wires it hasn't worked since
Have had technical people yet to fin problem

Hi the problem can be caused from a few things. 1. Check for blown fuses. 2. Check seat sensor, bridge it out. 3. what fault code is it giving you, what machine is it.
