Forks extend in one direction only. - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Crown TSP6000:
Forks extend in one direction only.

Forks only extend in one direction. When pivoting to the other side forks extend while traversing back to home. Don't know where to start. Has anyone ran into this issue?
