Crown RD5200:
Forklift will not self test

I have a crown 5200 that will not self test it just shows TEST an shows all the emblems lite up and stuck right there I believe it's a CAN problem I've changed all the acess 1,2 and 3 access 3 is blinking 222 but that does not help. has anybody had this problem before

If the unit will not complete self-test, and the Access 2 fault light is off, but the Access 3 fault light is blinking "222" over and over, the Access 3 is bad.

I found the problem it was the can bus between access 1 & 3
But thsnks for your help

the 222 code is for power open circuit to lift motors which is probably not your problem. if you hold the key switch in start position all the lights light up on display but you get squares across the display not test so question 1 is were the access moduals known good and did they have same version of software.
