New Employee Plugged Charger Into Forklift Instead Of Battery Now When The Battery Is Plugged In The Forklift Is Non Operational. The Driving Tire Twitches After Roughly 30 Seconds, But The Display Does Not Fire Up. Is There A Fuse Somewhere?

yes there are some fuses on an IFB (integrated fuse board) located beside the traction and hydraulic controllers.
You could start there :o)
