What do you think are the important factors that would make you a no.1 forklift brand in the Phils? What do you think of the Toyota brand?

I've heard that the forklift rental requirement of nestle-cabuyao was awarded to yale with 14 forrlift units to be delivered this february. I guess yale is doing their efforts to stay in the game. Do you have any knowledge about this deal? Why do you think yale got ythe contract over other competitors?

It is evident that TOYOTA is number 1 no question about that. But in the Philippines, how is YALE forklift doing?

I think what makes you the #1 is:
a: strong after sales
b: excellent product
c: freindly to the environment
Mitsubishi Grendia recently won "the prestigious good design award".

Thank you very much for your reply, in Argentina what is the no.1 forklift brand? besides the 'goods' what do you think makes it number 1. Here in the Phils. TCM is number 1 but all over asia Toyota is number 1. Do you have any feedback or comment? Toyota is a strong no.2 here. But not for long!!!

Reliability

Defined as the "five goods":
1º A good product
2º Good post sale service
3º Good stock of spares
4º Good communications with client and head office
5º Good ethics

All those add up to the "sixth good":
good profit margins

Toyota?? Good marketing backed up with
good finances. Ho hum trucks.

Fact of the week
Why are denim jeans traditionally blue? While most natural dyes penetrate the cloth fibres when heated, the indigo dye binds externally to the cloth's threads and doesn't reach the core of the yarn. With each washing some of the dye molecules are stripped away which makes the denim fade as the undyed core appears.
