Fork drop - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Clark GCX15E:
Fork drop

I need to fix an issue that is accelerating, the forks used to drop very slowly and now they visibly drop a 1/2" a second, what can i do to correct this? I have checked the hydraulic oil and filled to max. Used 35 oil? could not find anything showing type of oil to use.
