Mitsubishi EOP:
Feels like unit has broken drive unit

If unit has an A/C motor using the Rocola system check the speed sensor on the drive motor. I know you might be asking how can a speed sensor simulates a broken gear box but it does so just check it to eliminate it from the diagnosis.
