FB30X-1 show error 173

I am facing a problem with Komatsu forklift FB30X-1. But this model not found on series or model.
The problem is that when i switch key ON, error 173 Displayed on monitor after that this machine cannot run forward and reverse,
please described about the problem and ramdies,
