Gnb GTCII18-865T1:
Fault Code: F5

after posting in another forum i realized i probably should have posted here...

Our forklift battery charger is not working and is displaying fault code F5. Anyone know what this means or knows how to get a hold of the user manual?

manufactor's website is nonexistent and i have no clue what to do next.
