Fault code 9024 ? Yale Forklift - will not start any ideas ?

9024 is a short circuit. Check your hydraulic motor cables and motor for short.

When you put the key in everything looks normal until you sit in the seat, you get the 'spanner' along with 9024 code. With a symbol which the manual suggests 'check hydraulics'. but nothing operates or allows you to more the forklift. Hydraulics seem fine, removed and checked filter, all good. Only the lights work - stumped as to what the code 9024 means

complete model and serial number please.
The model (ERP30) should be a battery motive forklift, when you say "start" please further describe.
