Fault Code 522-760-4 No Lift

Getting a fault code of 522-760-4
Truck has no lift function.
It uses the fingertip hydraulic control levers.

Anyone have a description of this code?

Thank you for the help i am hoping that i have a broken wire from fingertip controls to seat harness so i should reinstall original or that will not matter until i get code cleared it is strange that only lift raise and lower don't work all other functions work fine is there a lift disable function on this i am aware of the seat and hydraulic interlock function but again everything else works

swapped out the joystick controls?
just FYI, anytime any controls are disconnected from the system it is required to recalibrate them when reconnected.
just swapping out a joystick control will not fix the problem, even the new/different one will still need to be calibrated.

swapping out the control box? well it may fix the no voltage problem but i still believe you will suffer the same problem with calibration, if you don't I'll be surprised.
Also the code will have to be cleared from the controller, is most likely the reason you have no voltage coming from the control box, if the code shuts the control off then you wont have any voltage coming from there until the problem is resolved and the code cleared from the ecm.

default password changed?
you wont get in there then, the password was probably changed by the dealer so you will need them to come out and access the system and re-calibrate it and clear the codes.
I'm pretty sure they will not give you the password, hence the whole reason behind changing it, to keep it from getting out and letting any joe smoe tinker around in there.
(a semi-effective tactic that has been in practice by Raymond techs for years unfortunately)

good luck

Have a look in the truck error log and see what other codes have been stored, write down the error codes. Delete the codes in the error log. Start the truck operate the hoist control, your hoist may be working now. If not the error code that comes up In the display will indicate the cause of the problem to be sorted.

Hi Rodney,
That code may sugest that you have low voltage to position 1 on your ign supplie, check voltage of battery and VSM if approximate then check voltage to the P. D.M. Dose the truck start ok.Im getting the impression that this would not stop the truck hoist and tilt operation unless there was a voltge drop at E control valve coils
