Fault code 4

We have a Komatsu FB25 E10 from 2002, serial 813061. It gives fault code #4. I wonder what it stands for.

Hyster, Toyota and Kalmar would me more familiar to me.

Is there any more specific description for code 4, everything seems to be ok with the contactors. Faulty controller?

Hello Aki,
can you complete the model number? (FB25EX-8 exp.)
if this is the correct model your having a problem with forward and reverse or regen contactor.
