Fault code 4 - Maintenance & Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Fault code 4

We have a Komatsu FB25 E10 from 2002, serial 813061. It gives fault code #4. I wonder what it stands for.

Hyster, Toyota and Kalmar would me more familiar to me.

Hello Aki,
can you complete the model number? (FB25EX-8 exp.)
if this is the correct model your having a problem with forward and reverse or regen contactor.
