and its a EV 100? right?
well check and make sure your 1A tips are free and not stuck or binding. check voltage at the 1 rec (T2) see what you have there should be less than 85% batt volts. course first thing would be to check for shorts or grounds. oh and make sure you have a healthy battery is a good start sure you have already but just checking

Jim...
if you have a hand set you should be able to plug it in at the card and get a code. if not checked the forward reverse contactors for sticking and or binding. is it a slow movement or a jerky movement that trips it out?

Are you up on EV-100? I have a
Komatsu FB20 SH-3 that is double tripping with a kittle movement. I was looking for a troubleshooting guide but can't seem to find one. There are no codes because there is no display. The card says IC3645LKCDI and TX. Any help would be appreciated. Was thinking of changing the #2 and #5 recs.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
