F24 won’t clear

Got an F24 replaced the shift lever I cleared by disconnecting the battery came back a few minutes later back to limp mode what else can cause the code or do I just need to clear it a different way the only testing I did was making sure power was getting to the switch

f24 is att1 lever error. you should check that first.
