At work we operate a fleet of rr5700 and on one machine when you retract the forks the machine shuts down and the code 812 shows up. This happens every time any knowledge of the cause and corrective action

check in analyzer menu a2.2.1.2 monitor feedback from m2 while you operate the hyd.
