Event code 1152 closed loop low

Hey, Guys,
Im working on this Hamech and its illuding me. So, at first i had trouble code 1162 and followed service information to test wiring from heated exhaust gas o2 sensors through the harness to the module, no cross voltages nor opens were found. Replaced o2 sensors and now i have 1152. Monitored 02 sensor operation, all was good. Noted that long term fuel trim is reading -35 indicating that the system is reading the exhaust to be rich and ECM has compensated it maximum amount to correct it without success. I have 5 psi out of the fuel regulator, i replaced the converter per tech support, removed diaphragm and verified no holes or tears, noted that cylinder 4 plug wire was sparking to the head so i replaced plugs and wires and the concern is still present. I really dont want to just throw a part at it and hope it fixes it.

The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
