Discussion:
EV200 drive problem

I have a Zamboni with a GE EV200 drive system on it, problem is I have 6.7 volts at TB11-1, contactors won't pull in and is giving me a Code-16. Battery voltage for Zamboni is 80 volts. Try hooking up handset but just shows -16 and won't let me do anything else.
Thanks

Lumber Jack is correct just want to say after you get in make sure to check at number 15 on handset if 80 volts is set to between 81and 181 on handset

You need to hold in the CONT button on the analyzer as you turn on the key switch. That should put you into analyze mode.

Code 16 is for battery volts being wrong. Check function 15 for the proper battery being used and change setting if necessary. Checked for overcharged battery or wrong battery being used.
