the time is in Australia, where forklift action's servers are.
I am pretty sure you will need to change the dash panel to get it to drive correctly again, although this may be that you are getting water and dirt into the obd2 connector causing the shorts that caused the relays and now the dash panel to have a problem.
does it drive now?

to edward t ,first it would not drive, i found that the 5amp fuse back at the bat. had blown. after that it still would not drive and would not start. codes f-85 f-87 p-04 f-04 appeared. i tried to clear codes by disconnecting neg cable but it did not work, i also tried the pedal method but it didnt work. i also tried a obd2 to clear but it to did not work. i replaced the relay under the dash and the f-85 f-87 codes have cleared. now im stuck with p-04 f-04. thank you for the reply , im at wits end. also this is showing i posted this jul 21 at 812 am it is 630 pm

this is an indication that the dash panel, and the ecm are not communicating properly with the VCM, as would happen if the can bus were broken. this can be a disconnection or it can be the dash panel itself.
are there any symptoms?
does it drive? does it run? does it work fine except it shows these codes when you first turn on the key (but they go away when it is running? have you tried to clear the codes?
