HI We have this bendi Model BE420-6055 serial TL10065
Customer reported the following error codes 7
74, 14, 47, 17 and sometimes 39,
When we went out to it could not get the fault to occur. Did the usual check and only thing that i could really see was battery voltage a bit low showing 48 and dropping to 44 under load. Slight earth reading on battery but apart from that could not get fault to occur.
Can anyone please shed light on any of these errors or even better share a fault code list for this truck please.
It uses the Curtis AC control system.
Thanks You

still 1.9v per cell is low like a discharged battery.
If you put it on charge and it improves then recheck the operation and see if codes come up.
If after charging the voltage does not rise as it should then i'd say the battery may be badly sulfated. Do a SG check on the acid and make sure it is ok, low SG/acid levels can also be a big reason batteries do not hold or charge up like they should.
Yes I've suggested the battery be checked out by the battery people. I've checked cells under individually and seems ok 1.9v each under load.
Any information on the codes ?
Thanks
definately check the battery, 48v is low (discharged).
dropping to 44v is a pretty severe drop.
a fully charged 48v battery should be reading over 50v if in good condition.
run a check on each cell and i think you'll find some cells bad.
given all the different codes it is throwing out fixing that battery would be the first order of business.
If you have another good battery, check it out and put it in the truck, this would be the quickest way to rule out the bad battery.
If not then you'll have to run a charge on the battery and then retest.
