Nichiyu (& Nyk) FBRW15-80:
Error Code B-17

Dear all Engineer,

I have Nichiyu Forklift with type FBRW15-80 had code error B-17 "sensor TRV error". if the error code is missing, the forklift runs slowly, while if the error code is present, the forklift runs normally.
could you help me with this?

Hi Susan
Try the following
B17 Foot brake fault.
Foot potentiometer or brake microswitch is failure.
When key switch is turned on, the input voltage (CN6-8) in the MPU board is under 0-15V. or over 3.13V
Or it is under0.78Vwith the actuator of the brake microswitch turned off.
Or it is over 2.4V with the actuator of the brake micro switch turned on.
