I need information about SAS Toyota error "74" in 7FBEST15, displayed this error.

Check the lifts right hand steer kingpin ( on top) for a potentiometer. If the unit has one then it is indicating that the king pin pot and the steer wheel pot is not not within range of one another or possible open or short in these 2 systems. Could be a simple bad pot at either location.
