Discussion:
Error 4:180 4:195 3:314

Hello, in my BT RRE160 sn6257537(2013)
first of all I have 2 errors:
-after freelift when I try to lowering forks reachtruck do it very slow and i see 4:180 and sometimes i see error 4:195 and display shows a box with a question mark ? and 2 arrows pointing up after this.
The values on the hight indicator display are lost

I see in CID diagnostic (4) pos. 7&8 inputs change when B19 is rotated.
I replace valve Q2 - the error was not lost;
I replace MCU and after this error 3:314 appeared. although the fuse 73 is closed...

maybe someone has an idea how to fix it
Thanks

I can win this problems
1) 4:180 - No pulses from the main lift height sensor
on lift/lowering.
1: Check the height sensor, battery voltage
or wiring harness as well as the wire for
the height indicator
2: Recalibrate the valve (Q4)
3: The fork load may be too heavy on
lifting.
Info from new SM.
In old SM i see this info:
"Check that hydraulic valve Q2 is open."

First of all after wrong information from the old manual, I replace the Q4 and Q5 valves, and the miracle as a result of the error E 4: 180 and 4: 195 as a result disappeared.

3:314 -
The MCU or ACT has not responded
via CAN2 within 70 ms.
The truck is braked until it stops.
1. Check fuse [F73].
2. Check that CAN 2 is intact in terms of
wiring harness, final resistance and
contacts. Disconnect the battery.
Check that the resistance between
[X130:8] and [X130:22] is 54 - 66
ohm.
3. Check that the ACT's green LED is lit
constantly.
If the LED is not lit:
* Check that the ACT has a supply
voltage of 48 V between [K1:9] and [B-].
* Replace ACT.
If the LED is lit:
* Replace ACT.

after all the checks I replaced the traction controller and the tractor started to work correctly
