EOP 15N...erro code -24

I have a customer that I have swapped out the contactors due to a -24 code....It works fine for a few days then the -24 comes back when they move the control to forward. One of them I took apart the contactor and lubed up the plunger and it seemed to be good for 3 days now....any idea what could be causing the -24 to keep coming back?..mind you, this happens on different machines as well..
