Engine Removal bolt access

I'm removing the 3.0 from my 1990 Hyster 50 I'm removing the bellhousing cover bolts I'm having trouble with a bolt that is next to the hydraulic hose from the pump no way to get a wrench or ratchet do I need to remove the pump and if so is it difficult Thank You for your time.

If it the bolt at the pump the only way to get it out is with a 9/16 wobble head socket no wrench or regulator socket will work. Good luck
.
