ENCODER BEARING 32

HI, I'VE GOT A SP3510-30 MODEL THAT EVERY 6 MONTHS THE ENCODER BEARING 32 KEEPS GOING OUT. IT GIVES THE CODE 430 EVERY TIME. THIS IS A UNIT WITH VERY MINIMAL HOURS AND IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY THIS WOULD CONTINUE LIKE CLOCK WORK EVERY 6 MONTHS?

Who is installing the bearing? Need to make sure it's not getting tapped in with a hammer. Even light taps make me nervous with those things.

Check U,V,W connections at the motor are not short to chassis, also pump motor terminals to chassis. Any voltage between battery POS/NEG terminals and chassis?

Maybe getting a voltage spike? Most sensors do not like over voltage.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
