eletric truck shut off when impacted

I have a class I ERC060VG that when they hit a bump or are dumping a hopper the truck shuts down but this truck does not have a impact sensor. what could cause and fix this that someone has run into.

You may want to check the Seat Switch, code in the dash should call this out.

What is the display saying? If the line contactor bounces open it will shut the truck down. Does a key reset allow the truck to run?
