Hello Ann
So if you have 25v at the battery and 17v at the main contacter.
You have to check the circuit and trace where the voltage is dropping.
If you can check the battery under load, eg: operate the hydraulics and check the voltage at the battery terminal, also flip open the battery caps, look for electrolyte boiling while operating the hydraulics, try to load the battery.
If you know what you are doing you can do this directly from the hydraulic contacter.
Good luck
Hi, John.
At the output from the battery terminals 25v but checked without load. The display shows the full battery charge scale.
Hello Ann
If you have only 17v at the main contacter have you checked the battery ?
Check every cell, sounds like you have a power problem
Thank you for reply.
Separately, the contactor is operable,it is tested. The control unit has been opened, all the capacitors are in place. The main contactor doesnt work. Instead of 24v, only 17v comes to the contactor. Why is this happening?
Hello Ann
Error 11 is "Offset error armature/field current d/c or stator current a/c.
Check main current wire
C16 refers to the main traction power board MP1510C/AS2405F/
So you have a main power fault on the traction side, drive motor or main power component or cables, etc.
Hope that is of some help.
Seen a damp/wet drive motor cause this problem in the past.
