Discussion:
EJC 14 (2005) - Led

Hi All Jungheinrich Expert,

I have one EJC14 (year 2005) has the problem as followings:

- Starting up the truck if I use the truck all the time with the tiller down => without problem.
- If I stop in 10'' then run it again=> the truck couldn't move any more (Lift function is still OK) - Switch OFF then ON it will run.
- Check the LED inside the box MP1510C found that :
=> the Green LED of interface board = Green ON
=> the Green LED "reset" of power board = Green ON
=> Led "Za" Red on the power board flashing 68x means that "the truck couldn't find the rest position"
- I have changed the complete new tiller head, but the problem is not solved
- I have check the Belly (collission) switch is in function
I actually don't know how to solve this.
Could you please check and help me.

Many thanks in advance
Regards

Hi Max,

Yes, I will check following your instruction. One thing is not so clear please check and advise : you means that the cylindric part with 3 wires in harness is connected to the brake SW 7S22 and this electronic part located in the interface board 1U16 ? How do you know this parts is good or no good ?

Many thanks in advance
Best regards

HI.
Check the electronic connected to the brake switch. It is a litle cylindric part with 3 wires in harness near driving controller MP1510. Normally after resetting it runs normally until first time you brake. After that you have to reset once again. You can make this part your self ( 1 FET and 2 resistors)
Kind regards, Max
