Please also try adding serial number or year of manufacture. Does it throw up any errors? If its battery related as mentioned you may notice a slight dimming on the display when attempting to drive, however if your lift is working then its worth checking the battery under load.
It may be there is no error code because it thinks direction is not selected or an interlock switch is not made and thinks your still in standby mode.

With these types of repeatedly had trouble with the battery cell crossover cable, or bad contacts. The individual cells are easy to isolate the error, measured as the contact with evil, there's no cell voltage of 2.2 Volt. Reported no errors, and sometimes the battery is 100% showed, but did not go neither forward nor backward. This phenomenon is sometimes was switched to one of the light flashed on the screen. I usually clean the battery terminals and sometimes because the acid eats the brass contact, I make a washer under the bolt to be tightened better. Of course, the jumper should also be replaced.
