Yes sir, that is the code. We took a video of the flashes and replayed it several time to make sure that we were counting correctly.

Todd are you sure about this code l don't see it are you sure of the one flash the code you are getting 0310 is not in the book there is a0340code and a0350 code.it is very easy to miss some blinks if you are not looking fast. Try to have another person there with you to look to some time four eyes are better than two. getbback to me if you are one hundred percent this is the code l will look into it maybe it is not in the book
10 flashes/three flashes/one flash/10 flashes
Todd there is no three digit codes they are all four digit some have a zero in the first digit try to look again and get back to me

We cleared the codes and started the unit and ran until light came back on, pulled codes and all that it shows now is a 319 code.
I got your message the only thing is usually you start at the first code the problem is l think you might have read the blinks wrong you said the first one is 2124 the problem is l can not find that code in the book you might have to go back in and count again hate to tell you that. The only code that l see is 1124 throttle control moter relay circuit. But that is not the first code so l would not be concerned at the present time

Ok- First off you were not joking on using a stop watch! That is the only way to be accurate enough to get it to start flashing the code. Counting the flashes, below is what is showing up.
2,1,2,4,1,1,2,4,5,1,2,1,8, 10 slow flashes,10 fast flashes,3,1,10 slow,1, 10 fast
then it start repeating code again.

If you don't have any way to get cable and scanner to check check engine light you will have to try to go through gas Petal this will take practice turn key on and count 3seconds than hit petal down 5times within 5 second make sure the fifth time is in the up position than count 7 seconds than hold petal down for approx 10 seconds and check engine will start blinkiing count the blinks most codes are 4 numbers if the light should blink ten times in a row that code is a zero.for example 1blink than2 blink than ten blinks than four blinks would be 1204 code l would use stop watch to do this it has to be done perfectly or it will not blink if you try and it does not work just turn key off and start over when all codes are done flashing it will flash three time the zero code as for 000 after you find out what the codes are get back to me and l will help you try to fix it. the only way it will not work is if the petal is the problem hope this helps
