I have the same model and same problem.
I've done all the stuff mentioned here, charge battery, clean contacts, check connects and fuses and everything seems fine. However.... I tested the coil switch by itself and found it has a resistance of 38 ohms through the coil, removed the coil switch and connected directly to 24v and it activates, checked the two wires coming into the coil x and y from electrical board while disconnecting from coil switch and I get 24v, connected the wires back to coil switch and them get a.0004 volts reading.
At any time if I disconnect one of the leads to the coil switch the voltage between the the two leads jumps back to 24v?
The lift worked off and on prior to today, basically of u cycled the key a few times it would run otherwise just give error code 45
Thoughts?
Was wondering if I could ask a few questions about my raymond reach
Its working now.
Charged up the batteries.
Relay kicked on and no error :)
Thanks
Thanks for responding.
I was back there checking continuity on the relays. I checked the fuses as well.
I decided to plug the charger in since it hasnt been run in a while and I know it does weird stuff when its low.
I read your comment and it gave me confidence that maybe its just the battery.
Ill watch the contactors once I try it out. thanks
Hi Jwalter
The code 45 is because there was no power seen when the PC (power cut off) contactor closed. What you need to do is
1) make sure your batter is fully charger. (low battery will do this)
2) with the battery disconnected!!! Wipe the contact tips clean with a dry rag.
3) reconnect the charged battery and have someone watch the contact to see if it closes.
4) if it does. check the fuses 350 amp and 70 amp
It will probably be ok once you charges the battery but the other stuff will help if not
Awesome thanks. Maybe Ill give it a tap as well. I suppose if I disconnect the battery pack it should be safe to mess with
Yes, I believe the one closest to the motor is the pump contactor. Make sure the small coil wires are making good contact and you may need to clean the tips.
This google drive link may work better

Back side of truck where all the electronics are located you will see two contactors. The one on your left is the pump contactor. Tips may need cleaned.
