don't bite the hands that feed you!
Showing items 1 - 5 of 5 results.
I have a BT can key but the only parameter wich i can not change is the 22...It is flashing the 0 when i am trying...but nothing at all.

Hi

You need to change parameter 22 from 0 to 1, to do this you need a BT can key OR Truck com.

Without a BT can key OR Truck com connected you aint gonna be able to change the parameter.

P20 machines from serial number 723984 onwards use the inductive type switch.

Until you change parameter 22 to the correct value of 1 for your inductive type brake switch then the truck is just gonna error out E104.

Hello!
I have the same problem E104.
It is a model with the inductive sensor but the parametre No22 is 0.
I try to change it to 1 but I can't cause it is lock.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
The power traction fuse and ptc resistor in K10 line contactor are OK and ofcourse the brake too.
Thank you!

Hi,

first, check the power traction fuse and ptc resistor in K10 line contactor, this error tells about an error in the brake output.

Is important too to check parameter nº22 if the truck has a microswicht or inductive sensor in tiller arm.

Check the electro-brake, resistence must be 13-15 ohms.
