E0642 and snail icon

Hello,
I have an EFG 430 with green tortoise icon and E0642 on display immediately after self test. I have tried series of checks and eventually swapped the controller with the one on a working machine. Now I have the tortoise icone on both machines..
can anyone please help out with this

Hello Anydaynow,
kindly assist, Had issues with the software but now resolved. I have tried loading and saving the backup dungle as stated in the error log book but error 0642 still on the display with the snail icon. what else do you think I should check

Calibration, you can not switch the controllers.
