Duel wheel removal

I am looking for advise or special tool source to remove the dual wheel inner wheel nuts. I have contacted our local dealer and no one in the building has ever seen this set up. They thought it was modified but the parts manual shows it to be factory original set up. The inner wheel nuts are a nut with an attached threaded extension that the dual wheel adapter bots onto. Tool would have to be an extra long socket to clear the outer threaded section. Has anyone run into this?

Hi there I believe there ia a square on the turret of the inner wheel securing nuts the tools part of the tool kit and consists of a socket one end and a 3/4 to 1 inch square on the other end there was a bar to put through the shaft to remove the inner wheels on my travels around the uk engineers have welded two sockets together to form a square drive to release the inner wheel assemblies hope this helps
