Drive motor

Hi
I am sajid from karachi pakistan
I have a face little problem,still stacker drive motor slow running.
When turn tiller arm lef side or right side motor slow drive if tiller arm into middle drive motor is good working
Checke drive controller is ok
Checked accelerator is ok
Chacked magnatic brake is ok
Checked speed sensor is ok
Why should problem
