Raymond EAS 1

Hi,
Our Raymond EASi Reach-Fork Truck 24/36 Volt, have all his forklift operations ok , battery at 99%. but dont want to move. He make 1-2 inchs & stop. front or rear. no error message. somebody have a idea of what to check to find the problem?

Just curious how did you fix this? It seems my order picker is doing the same thing, it is trying to move but is locked. How do you disengage the brakes? Usually we just press the safety pedal to release the brakes.
