Display faulth

I have a problem with the machine below, when I start the machine nothing appears on the display and the machine does not work.

Nissan

When I switch the forklift on, I hear a cooling fin turning for a short period, the forklift display does not start up either. APO-Relay-1 does switch on, APO-Relay-2 does NOT switch on. I manually applied voltage to APO-Relay-2, then the display works. Furthermore, all fuses are good.

Does anyone have an idea where I should look for the problem?
