Just seen this one so it's a bit old, but the truck you have listed is a FOER9 9/50 the rest of the serial number means that it is rated at 5000lbs at 24 inch centres the DLPFL45means thaat it was fitted with Double. Lift. Part Free Lift down rated to 4500lbs at full lift height. Now you have that I must say I have never seen a [clutch-setup] behind the transmission diff. Are you sure it is not a braking system.
