Discussion:
Dies when you accelerate

I did the head gasket. Replace the TPS, regulator and fuel filter. Blew out all the fuel lines. No codes. The forklift runs great until you accelerate. It just dies.

Can anyone help with this?

I would say a bad acceleration peddle (if electronic), or a bad fuel pump. I've run into this MANY of times.

If you let the engine run at an idle for 1 minute vs 5 minutes- does this make a difference on how long it runs on acceleration before stalling?
