Diagnostic code

What is the diagnostic code 41 mean on a Prime Mover OE30 order picker. When I check the code the lights blink 6 times very rapidly and then 4 times, pause then 1 more time. Can anybody help?

Check your deadman switches....one is sticking or not closing when it should,there are two in the deadman foot switch Assy......

Well, now my other order picker has this code. The model # is OPX30 and the serial # is OPX35305001. It shuts down then shows me the code 41.
