Dear all Still Experts,
I have the canbus cable which use for connecting to the FMx reach truck (AC version - 2007) but I don't know if I can use it to connect to the Still Truck RX20-20 (Year 2007) or not ? Someone can help me.

Hello.
A38-40 Internaø process error inCPP. Configurarion error (parameters). impermissible CPP channelor output configured sevaral times. chek parameter.
A39-14 - FU2 communication error. SR cannot receive PDOs on time. Drive unit is locked, no drive function. most likely the MCU. Traction converter fore the left side.

Also have RX 20-20. After a few minutes of working with it the forklift stops. Wont go any direction and also hydraulic wont work anymore. Has 2 errors:
A3914
A3840

Hi Nuna,
for diagnostics you need different cables for the Rx and FMx trucks. FMx uses dongle + cable and Rx uses canbox and two cables. The canbox is located within the diagnostic case and the dongle is a seperate unit - it connects to the laptop USB port.
Sorry, you have to spend some money....
