Discussion:
(Demerit) Point System for Lifts

Can anyone point me toward a document that lists Lift Operator Infractions and a point system?

When I worked at IKEA they called it PLEPS (Powered Lift Equipment Point System). It outlined various potential behaviours of operators - from non-report of a collision (25 points) to leaving forks above ground level to non-completion of a pre-trip (2 points each).

I am thinking of implementing something like that where I am now - and would rather not "re-invent the wheel" if possible.

Thanks

Steve

Did you find anything for a point system? Can you share it with me?

Yoghurt gained popularity as health food when in 1904 the scientist Elie Metchnikoff claimed that eating yoghurt might slow the ageing process. He attributed the longevity of Bulgarian peasants to their yoghurt consumption.
