Dashboard shows only a number 1-10

Hyster S50CT

Working on an S50CT. The dash displays nothing but a single number from 1-10. I can change the number from 1-10 using the arrow buttons on the dash but no other buttons seem to do anything. Tried disconnecting the battery but no change. Any idea how to reset this dash to the normal view?

Sounds like you might be stuck inputting the access code. Try hitting the * several times. May as well try inputting 55555 while your at it. * should be the "enter" button.
